The following Privacy Policy is set out the basis on which Luxe Portraits ABN 58 612 764 664 (Romel Management Pty Ltd) agrees to provide privacy to protect your data and information gathered, to you (The Customer). 


Social Media Promotions:


We may at times run promotions through Facebook, Instagram or other social media platforms.

1. Luxe Portraits is not responsible for any information retained by these platforms. We may also gather information through our website. This information gathered at the end of a campaign and removed from the site. The information is then placed in our secure servers as explained below in Point 6 of this policy statement.

2. We have a strict 'NO SHARE" policy between businesses. The information Luxe Portraits gather is only for the use of Luxe Portraits and is not shared, sold or passed on to any other persons, businesses or companies.

3. The data is held within our Customer Management System only. 

4. By supplying your details, including names, ages, contact details or address, but not limited to, the users agree to opt in to receive information via our communications medium regarding bookings, internal promotions or booking requests via  phone, text or email.

5. Should our corporate partners wish to gift you with an offer on behalf of Luxe Portraits, Luxe Portraits will send out the information on their behalf. Your information will not be given to them.

6. Your limited information is stored on our local servers, encrypted and backed up to our customer Management System, Studio Plus Software and held with them via their encrypted servers.

7. Your personal information may be shared with third parties for the provision of financial services, if and to the extent that customers choose to use such services. 



The information we gather and hold is including but may not be limited to:


First name.

Last name or initial.

Phone number.

Suburb, street or postcode.

Your email address..



1. Please note, all images selected during your viewing an design are final. Luxe Portraits sends images for retouching on same day of purchase, therefore, you must choose carefully as there are no refunds once you have selected your images and signed our agreement. 

2. Images sent for retouching generally take 2-3 weeks to return. Once they have been received by the studio, they are quality checked and sent to clients via a private Dropbox link. 

3. If you choose to place your purchase on a payment plan, you will receive your raw files on same day, therefore no refunds can be issued. 

4. We allow one Gift Experience per family for the period of 18 months. The total amount of the Gift Experience can not be transferred for cash or put towards the purchase of images or products.
